Dear Colleagues, Friends,
In the name of the Organizing Committee I would like to extend our warm welcome to all participants of the 16th World Congress of Bronchology and 16th World Congress of Bronchoesophagology (16th WCB/WCBE). We expect, the congress will not only be the largest event of the year in Bronchology, Bronchoesophagology and Interventional Pulmonology, but will also provide high scientific and educational value for all participants.We will provide the opportunity for health care professionals from both developed and developing countries to present and learn about different problems and various approaches of managing thoracic diseases. That will be an enriching experience for all of us. All program components of the congress, Thematic Sessions, Meet the Professor Sessions, Honorary Lectures, Original Slide and Poster Sessions, as well as Hands on Trainings are devoted to different aspects of Bronchology, and related disciplines.
I would like to thank this time to all the expert speakers, who accepted our invitation, and also to the Original Slide and Poster authors, who submitted more than 220 abstracts.
The doctors visiting our congress are representing 55 countries from all over the World. The social events show the taste of Hungarian hospitality and culture. We look forward to meet you in Budapest, and wish all participants a memorable congress, and a pleasant stay in our beautiful country.
